3 Video and Audio file format conversion
The tee muxer is not useful when using the libavformat APIdirectly because it is then possible to feed the same packets to several muxers directly. See also the hash and framehash muxers. 1.3 Complex filtergraphs
Demuxers are configured elements in FFmpeg that can read themultimedia streams from a particular type of file. Specifying a positive offset means that the corresponding streams aredelayed bt the time duration specified in offset. If set to 0, libavformat will continue buffering packets until it hasa packet for each stream, regardless of the maximum timestampdifference between the buffered packets. Automatically apply bitstream filters as required by the output format. The libavformat library provides some generic global options, whichcan be set on all the muxers and demuxers.
